- Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities, tell stories, teach songs, and plan outings to local points of interest, fostering a sense of wonder and curiosity in our young learners.
- Child Support: Assist children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and toilet habits, ensuring their overall well-being and comfort.
- Observation and Reporting: Monitor children for signs of potential learning or behavioral issues and prepare comprehensive reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
- Collaboration and Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and community service providers, working together to provide exceptional care and support.
- Environment and Safety: Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment that protects the well-being of our children.
- Program Coordination: Plan and organize activities for school-age children before and after regular school hours, ensuring their needs are met and their time is utilized effectively.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of other early childhood educators and assistants, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Certifications and Education: Possess an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
