Director of Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement quality assurance strategies that meet business requirements
* Manage Quality Assurance teams and ensure the highest level of product consistency and quality
* Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and review processes to implement improvements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of quality goals and objectives
Requirements:
* 15+ years of Quality Assurance experience
* Apparel Manufacturing industry experience is an asset
* Post-Secondary degree in Fashion, Pattern Making or Textile Technology is an asset
* Quality Assurance experience in the textile industry is an asset
* Technical Outerwear knowledge and hands-on production experience is a requirement
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to create and review technical documentation
* Strong problem identification and creative problem-solving/resolution skills
* Decision making, ability to work independently and within a team
* Strong ability to lead a team, to develop and manage departments effectively
