Job Title: Supply Chain Management Consultant

Join Brightpoint Infotech, a global Microsoft Gold Partner, as a Supply Chain Management Consultant and play a key role in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions for our clients.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions, leading projects through the full life cycle, from analysis and design to configuration, implementation, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients to gather and document business requirements related to supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, production, sales, logistics, etc.).
  • Conduct workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and SCM needs.
  • Configure D365 SCM modules such as procurement, inventory management, sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and warehouse management.
  • Lead the implementation process including setup, configuration, customization, and data migration.
  • Develop functional specifications for system enhancements and work with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Oversee system integration with other D365 modules (Finance, Retail, etc.).
  • Deliver end-user training sessions and create training materials for the client's SCM team.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for any SCM-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to create project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, managing client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or AX.
  • Proven experience in SCM processes such as inventory management, procurement, demand planning, warehouse management, and production.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment or in-house ERP implementation teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 SCM modules and functionalities (Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or X++ (desirable, but not required).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant certification.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations certification.
  • Familiarity with agile or waterfall project management methodologies.
