We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at NAAD PRODUCTION LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and management team.
Job Summary:The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Provide administrative support to staff and management team
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary education in a related field an asset
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a deadline-driven environment.
