Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist in our Ensuite Bath and Kitchen Showroom in Grande Prairie. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in the decision, purchase, and follow-up of their bath, kitchen, and lighting needs
  • Work with homebuyers, homebuilders, contractors, and other members of the EMCO team to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and other relevant tools
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to continually improve skills and knowledge
