Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Green King Cannabis. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are stocked and displayed effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure that our sales strategies remain competitive.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or retail management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
