We are currently looking for Construction Real Estate Attorneys to join our in-house legal team focused on real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with legal and business teams to support internal stakeholders with their construction and infrastructure requirements.
  • Develop standard infrastructure documentation and negotiate common contract forms, including CCDC agreements.
  • Represent the Testing Four Company brand in all interactions, emphasizing the importance of client relationship development.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction or infrastructure law, either in-house or at a law firm.
  • Proven experience in the acquisition, sale, financing, development, and management of commercial leasing, particularly for major developers, retailers, financial institutions, lenders, or pension funds.
  • Familiarity with public procurement processes related to government infrastructure projects.
  • Active membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
