About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at City Cannabis Corp. As a key member of our retail sales and operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales staff, including assigning duties, providing coaching, and ensuring they meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring that products are stocked, and orders are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Merchandise Sales: Sell merchandise to customers, including cannabis products, and ensure that sales targets are met.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a retail sales and operations role
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, initiative, and ability to multitask
