We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 11365703 Canada Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our customers, taking into account food allergies and intolerances.
- Chef Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring that they are equipped to prepare and cook high-quality meals.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we are always stocked and ready to meet demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Food Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and handled in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Supply Chain Management: Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we are always meeting our standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
