Gas Station Supervisor

Meadowland's Esso is seeking a skilled Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including sales workers and maintenance personnel.
- Assign duties and tasks to ensure efficient operation of the gas station.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the business.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Establish and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of fuel and merchandise.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including scheduling and workload management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 5-10 people supervised.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language required.
