Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure that our hotel operates within its financial means.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, and renovations.
  • Assist our housekeeping team in performing their duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
