CIMA+ is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our team in the development of hydroelectric and dam engineering projects. As a key member of our Energy team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of engineers, technicians, and draftspersons to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Hydro-Québec, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered with the highest level of technical expertise.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are compliant with relevant regulations and codes.
- Education: University degree in Civil or Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: More than ten (10) years of experience in the field of hydroelectricity/hydropower and dams.
- Professional Certifications: Member of l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) and bilingual proficiency in French and English.
