Interim Facilities Coordinator

Position Overview: The Interim Facilities Coordinator will report directly to the Facilities Services Supervisor and will play a pivotal role in leading the service desk team dedicated to providing exceptional customer support across various service points.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service while managing a diverse range of inquiries and requests.
- Utilize a comprehensive understanding of computer systems, including data entry and software applications across multiple platforms.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and possess strong troubleshooting skills for contemporary technology.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 18-24 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Ability to interpret and apply operational manuals and procedures.
- Completion of AODA training is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with the public and collaborate with team members.
- Capability to manage a variety of tasks independently with minimal oversight.
Additional Skills: Familiarity with standard library resources, database navigation, and current organizational policies will be considered an asset. Previous supervisory experience is also advantageous.
