Insurance Sales Broker - Personal Lines

We're on the hunt for an experienced Insurance Sales Broker to join our remote Insurance team at Ratehub. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding company and contribute to our mission of helping Canadians make better financial choices.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven individual with a strong background in personal lines insurance brokerage sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business through existing networks and given leads, as well as building trust with customers and effectively understanding their needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through existing networks and given leads
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to quickly build trust and effectively understand customers' needs and requirements
  • RIBO licensed with 1+ year of personal lines insurance brokerage sales experience
  • Highly sales driven - with the numbers to prove it
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
