We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Taekwondo Instructor to join our team at Kim's Premier Taekwondo. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality martial arts instruction to students of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction
    • Develop and deliver engaging and challenging martial arts classes that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
    • Provide personalized instruction and feedback to students to help them improve their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Program Development
    • Contribute to the development of new martial arts programs and services that meet the needs of our students and the community.
    • Collaborate with other staff members to design and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Student Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to students, parents, and guardians.
    • Address student concerns and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services.
    • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure a safe and healthy learning environment for students and staff.
    • Monitor and report any incidents or accidents to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Physical fitness and ability to perform martial arts techniques.
