Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience through effective counseling and guidance
- Perform diagnostic assessments by conducting hearing evaluations and tests, providing tailored recommendations for hearing aid solutions
- Execute hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and Real Ear Tests, ensuring accurate documentation
- Manage administrative tasks including Workers Compensation applications and various medical documentation
- Educate patients on hearing loss and available technologies to improve their quality of life
- Provide follow-up care, including scheduling checkups for all patients
- Generate leads through community outreach and networking initiatives
- Foster repeat business by ensuring a superior experience for every patient
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and pricing structures
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the hearing aid industry
- Strong dedication to patient care and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously with sound judgment
- Uphold integrity, honesty, and respect in all interactions
- Must hold a valid Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner designation in Alberta or be eligible for inter-provincial licensing
