Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding patient experience through effective counseling and guidance
  • Perform diagnostic assessments by conducting hearing evaluations and tests, providing tailored recommendations for hearing aid solutions
  • Execute hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and Real Ear Tests, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Manage administrative tasks including Workers Compensation applications and various medical documentation
  • Educate patients on hearing loss and available technologies to improve their quality of life
  • Provide follow-up care, including scheduling checkups for all patients
  • Generate leads through community outreach and networking initiatives
  • Foster repeat business by ensuring a superior experience for every patient
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and pricing structures

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in the hearing aid industry
  • Strong dedication to patient care and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work autonomously with sound judgment
  • Uphold integrity, honesty, and respect in all interactions
  • Must hold a valid Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner designation in Alberta or be eligible for inter-provincial licensing
