About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team at OSI Digital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative programming and Apex programming languages.
  • Design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
  • Provide technical and business process consulting experience to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients' technology solution architects and Salesforce data developers to work on Salesforce development items in an Agile sprint-based fashion.
  • Provide support and training to clients on dev processes, methodology, and Salesforce architecture.
  • Assist in defining, developing, and implementing clients' Salesforce strategies.
  • Develop reusable Apex applications for internal and customer use.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of Salesforce CRM industry experience.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce declarative, custom Apex development, LWC, and SOQL experience.
  • Expertise in providing solution architecture on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick).
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Significant technical and/or business process consulting experience.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent education/experience.
