Position Overview:

We invite you to become a part of the Four Seasons team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician. In this full-time, permanent position, you will undertake a variety of maintenance responsibilities to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address emergencies, including fire alarms and system alerts
  • Conduct minor repairs on equipment
  • Perform daily meter readings and pool water quality assessments
  • Manage inventory and execute minor procurement as necessary
  • Adjust and repair building systems
  • Support skilled tradespeople
  • Carry out routine maintenance duties
  • Respond to requests for repairs from guests

Qualifications:

  • Completion of secondary education
  • At least 1 year of experience in maintenance
  • Proficient command of the English language
  • Dedication to service excellence and teamwork
  • Ability to obtain a clear criminal record check
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
