As a Vehicle Appearance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to conduct meticulous cleaning, polishing, and waxing of vehicles, ensuring they look their best both inside and out. Your efforts will not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also contribute significantly to maintaining the vehicles' value.

Work Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday

Compensation: $20/hour flat rate

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 1 year of experience in automotive detailing is preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work both day and evening shifts
  • Proficient in operating both manual and automatic vehicles
  • Possession of a valid Class 5 or 7 driver's license with a clean driving record

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Execute various levels of detailing on vehicles within the sales inventory
  • Conduct thorough exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles
  • Treat vinyl and leather surfaces
  • Skillfully polish dark-colored vehicles to achieve a flawless finish
  • Remove all trash, debris, and dirt from vehicle interiors
  • Polish dashboards, steering wheels, trims, and moldings
  • Wax and buff vehicles post-wash
  • Repair minor scratches and chips using touch-up paint
  • Manage and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies
  • Report any dents, damages, or stains to management prior to detailing
  • Deliver vehicles to the sales area after detailing is complete
