Sales Director

We are seeking a highly driven Director of Business Development (DBD) to join our growing team at Parisella Vincelli Associates Consulting Group, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing introductory meetings with C-Level executives at major North American corporations.
The DBD will work in close partnership with the Senior Vice-President of Business Development (VPBD) to manage the VPBD's calendar, update and maintain databases, conduct research on existing and new business opportunities, and secure meetings with C-Level executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and cold calling to secure meetings with C-Level executives
- Managing the VPBD's calendar and updating databases
- Conducting research on existing and new business opportunities
- Working in close partnership with the VPBD to achieve business development goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience setting meetings with executives of large companies
- Expertise in prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying leads
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Experienced with sales databases
- Tenacious and able to overcome obstacles while establishing contacts with C-Level executives
- Highly responsible and accountable
- Very coachable
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Well organized and manages time efficiently
