Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior lawyers in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, mediation memos, and motion records.
  • Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
  • Manage and organize client files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases.
  • Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Paralegal or Law Clerk with respect to personal injury tort claims.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely.

  • Ability to work well both self-sufficiently and within a team.
  • Good people skills.
  • Ability to take initiative when the situation calls for it.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Primafact.
