Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our culinary team as a Dishwasher at WhiteWater Ski Resort. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our food service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the dish pit area is efficiently running, with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
  • Maintain proper cleaning of dishes, drying, and putting away in designated areas.
  • Check that the dishwasher is clean, topped up on chemicals, and running smoothly.
  • Assist in food preparation when needed, adhering to all food safety standards.
  • Recycle and sort recyclables, including rinsing out recycling pails and breaking down cardboard.
  • Restock as per Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Bartender requests.
  • Provide excellent guest relations and implement risk management procedures as per WhiteWater Ski Resort policies.
Requirements
  • Mature, reliable, and presentable individual with prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Working Conditions

This is a seasonal, part-time/full-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
