  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Performance Tuning: Optimize the performance of Business Intelligence solutions to ensure they meet the needs of our clients.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement row-level security and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
  • ETL Processes: Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting: Develop ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build centralized data analytics tools that enhance business processes.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Power BI Experience: Proven experience designing and developing Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI.
  • Advanced Knowledge of T-SQL: Strong understanding of T-SQL and its application in Business Intelligence solutions.
  • BI Development and Report Management: 10+ years of experience in BI development and report management.
  • Common Data Service (CDS): Experience working with Common Data Service (CDS) and its application in Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Microsoft Azure: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its application in Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Power Automate: Experience working with Power Automate and its application in Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SSRS/RDL Development: Experience developing SSRS/RDL reports and dashboards.
  • Power BI Development: Advanced knowledge of Power BI development, publishing, and scheduling reports.
  • JavaScript and CSS: Familiarity with JavaScript and CSS and their application in Business Intelligence solutions.
