Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior BI Reporting and Predictive Analytics Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Business Intelligence team, you'll create best-in-class commercial reporting, ensure standardization across the organization, and lead predictive analytics and data modeling development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Support Sales & Marketing customer needs by performing exploratory data analysis, developing ad-hoc reports, and facilitating consistent planning and measurement of market trends and performance.
  • Work closely with the Data Science team to accelerate development of advanced forecasting models.
  • Develop expert knowledge of all data sets and create comprehensive documentation for data/reporting processes.
  • Support Power BI end-users by providing training, manuals, and FAQ documents.

Requirements

  • University degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).
  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or analytical roles.
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced analysis skills with particular attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query, and advanced knowledge of DAX and M languages.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong knowledge of Data Visualization best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and building predictive ML and Statistical models.
