We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

  • Advanced technical abilities, including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems
  • Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure
