About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated General Worker to join our team at Amigo Workforce in Scarborough, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, showcasing a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of construction sites for various projects.
  • Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials and operating basic construction tools and equipment.
  • Follow safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Work closely with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to optimize productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members regarding project requirements and progress.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and adhere to industry standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry is required.
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English.
  • Strong physical stamina and capability to perform strenuous tasks.
  • Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.
