We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our team as President & CEO of Shepherd's Care Foundation. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the organization's operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the effective management of our resources.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership to the senior management team, ensuring effective execution of business plans and key organizational success metrics.
- Oversee the management of our seniors' care facilities, supportive housing, and continuing care services, ensuring high-quality care and services to our residents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulatory bodies, and community leaders.
- Advocate for seniors' rights and interests, enhancing the public image of Shepherd's Care Foundation.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to ensure effective governance and oversight of the organization.
- Graduate degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in pioneering paradigm shifts and leading organizational change.
- Experience working with a volunteer board and a solid understanding of healthcare leadership.
- Excellent customer service skills, with experience in the health sector, continuing care, and/or supportive living.
- Demonstrated Christian faith and experience working in a unionized environment.
