Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Support
- Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
- Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counseling, to support the well-being of our staff.
- Communication and Administration
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to fill our job openings.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide staff training to ensure that all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Collaboration and Problem-Solving
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Enforce provincial and territorial laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure that they meet the organization's goals.
