Job Title: Recruitment Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join our team at Skilled Career Consultancy Incorporated. As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
  • Provide information and services to employees, including employee assistance and counseling, to support their well-being and career development.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent and promote our company culture.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Recruit graduates from colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to identify and attract top talent.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide staff training to enhance their skills and knowledge and support their career growth.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field and promote our company's brand.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize our recruitment processes.
  • Enforce provincial and territorial laws and regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe and respectful work environment.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet our company's goals and objectives.
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
