Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Support Staff member to assist in our vibrant kitchen environment at EAT BKK THAI KITCHEN. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to dining areas and set tables.
  • Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and seating.
  • Scrub pots and pans to maintain cleanliness.
  • Package food for take-out orders.
  • Portion and wrap food items for service.
  • Prepare, heat, and finalize simple food dishes.
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including surfaces, cupboards, and equipment.
  • Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in storage areas.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and trash properly.
  • Sharpen kitchen knives to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Perform floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as required.
Equipment Experience

Familiarity with a deep fryer is preferred.

Safety and Security

A criminal record check is required for this position.
