Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Dish Management: Transport clean dishes, utensils, and other kitchen items to designated areas and set tables for service.
  • Linen Handling: Carry and replace linens as needed to maintain a tidy dining atmosphere.
  • Sanitation Duties: Clean and sanitize various kitchen items, including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after service.
  • Storage Organization: Place dishes and kitchen supplies in appropriate storage areas.
  • Manual Washing: Sanitize and wash dishes and kitchen items by hand when necessary.
  • Take-Out Preparation: Package food for take-out orders efficiently.
  • Stock Management: Replenish supplies in refrigerators and salad bars to ensure availability.
