Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at SMC AUTO PART INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining work records and logs, coordinating traffic flow of supplies, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs
  • Coordinate the flow of supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Communicate effectively with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
  • Process and transmit information to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews
  • Plan and oversee the operational logistics of the organization
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
