Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our team at the Canadian Agri-Marketing Association. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the needs of our dynamic customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and prioritize product enhancements to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Guide stakeholders and negotiate priority of items to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Perform demos of new or changing functionality to stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in.
- Provide feedback to enhance future product features and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate closely with product teams and other product stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements
- Passion for technology and model development, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer needs.
- Dedicated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong partnerships with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Drive to stay up-to-date with changes in the industry and adapt to new technologies and trends.
- An undergraduate degree in business or computer science, with at least eight years of experience in a related field, including at least four years of project management experience.
- Product owner certification is an asset.
