Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate General Manager to join our team at Sienna Senior Living. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community, ensuring the highest level of care and service to our residents. Your expertise in sales and marketing, team management, and budget management will be essential in driving occupancy and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of staff to deliver exceptional care and services to residents
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure the financial sustainability of the community
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Director of Wellness and Sales Advisor to create and execute a strong outreach strategy to increase/maintain occupancy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in retirement living, hospitality, or a similar sector
  • Proven track record of effective team management, budget management, and operational excellence
  • Experience in sales and marketing, crucial for driving occupancy and engaging the community
