Position Title: Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Linux systems administrator who thrives in designing, managing, and resolving issues within a sophisticated and secure infrastructure setting.

  • Administration of Linux systems
  • Management of virtualization environments
  • Configuration management for server environments
  • Oversight of infrastructure monitoring
  • Scripting and automation tasks
  • Server administration with a focus on security
  • Designing infrastructure solutions
  • Documentation of technologies and processes
  • Participation in on-call support rotation
  • Capacity planning to meet performance needs
  • Comprehensive backup strategies
  • Troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in 24x7 customer-facing application settings
  • Familiarity with logging and change alert systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience in a DevOps-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in PHP, Python, Bash, SaltStack, and Linux system administration
  • Unix/Linux scripting expertise
  • Advanced understanding of Linux web applications and databases
  • Experience with CI/CD methodologies, whether practical or theoretical (considered a significant asset)
