Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met while delivering a memorable experience.
- Parts Identification and Ordering: Accurately identify and order parts for vehicle repairs, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Vendor Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure timely and accurate parts deliveries.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory, create purchase orders, and handle invoices with precision.
- Parts Distribution: Ensure timely distribution of parts in alignment with our standards.
- Shop Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts department and shop.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience in a retail or wholesale parts department, with experience and/or knowledge of Stellantis products being an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in interpreting vendor catalogs and using parts department computer systems.
- Team Environment: Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
