The Equipment Maintenance Specialist plays a crucial role in executing Scheduled Maintenance on all designated machinery while also supporting the daily functions of the Utilities Division.
Ensuring a secure working environment for oneself and colleagues is the top priority. Responsibilities include monitoring machinery efficiency# Performing routine performance evaluations through automated systems and visual assessments
# Recognizing potential enhancements for machinery efficiency
While scheduled maintenance and preventative measures are key responsibilities, the role also encompasses troubleshooting and addressing unexpected maintenance needs.
The standard work schedule will be from 6 am to 6 pm on three weekdays, with flexibility required for vacation coverage and other shifts as necessary.
Responsibilities include the maintenance and repair of Utilities machinery that provides steam, refrigeration, water, compressed air, wastewater, and CO2 collection for the brewery.# Completing assigned work orders, which includes procuring parts, collaborating with contractors, and utilizing CMMS for work order management.
# Collaborating with operational teams to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair utilities machinery in production areas.
# Conducting preventative maintenance on utilities machinery throughout the brewery.
# Preference for candidates with Millwright or Refrigeration Mechanic experience.
# Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
# Experience in the food and beverage manufacturing sector is advantageous.
