We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Care Worker to join our team in Langley, B.C. as a key member of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Provide support and guidance to patients during psychosocial rehabilitation activities, such as group therapy and social skills training.
- Monitor patients' status and report any changes or concerns to the Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse.
- Transport patients to off-site appointments and assist with mealtime and feeding as needed.
- Grade ten plus graduation from a recognized Mental Health Care Worker program or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with access to a personal vehicle for business purposes.
