Job Summary

Random Donuts Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to motivate and train staff to meet our high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient food preparation and service.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
