Key Responsibilities- Exhibit professionalism and uphold the company's values in all tasks.
- Engage in programming, troubleshooting, and implementation of PLCs, robots, and HMIs.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on production and auxiliary equipment.
- Perform repairs on machinery as needed.
- Design and maintain electrical schematics.
- Support the setup and maintenance of programming standards and electrical components.
- Ensure proper management of programming software and hardware.
- Complete all necessary work orders and documentation.
- Enhance equipment reliability and operational uptime.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor weld quality and perform necessary adjustments.
- Recommend modifications to machinery for optimal production performance.
- Troubleshoot robotic systems and welding controls.
- Operate various lifting devices as required.
