About IKO's Supply Chain Team

IKO's Supply Chain Team is dedicated to optimizing the demand and supply in our North American network, supporting our company goals and vision of industry leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales trends, track forecast accuracy, and develop metrics to support the team.
  • Assist in monitoring network and plant inventories, and develop recommended stocking plans.
  • Analyze freight costs across North America and identify potential challenges and opportunities.
  • Support the team in developing models and what-if scenarios for current and future Supply Chain plans.
  • Assist in the implementation of an ERP system.
  • Develop monthly S&OP presentations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Enthusiastic and pleasant attitude.
  • Strong desire to learn.
