About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Replenishment Analyst to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for creating and managing product level forecasts, managing inventory and replenishment flows from vendor to store, and ensuring all data management pertaining to forecasts, product, and vendor attributes are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective forecasting models to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer demand
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize replenishment flows to minimize waste and excess stock
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing
  • 2-3 years of experience in the retail/wholesale grocery business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel and other relevant software
