Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and a passion for working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to address communication challenges.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Supervise and train technical and support staff to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Confer with other health professionals to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including processing files and paperwork.
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, scheduling, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and other computer applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
