Key Responsibilities- Design and develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Blue Prism for various web and Windows applications;
- Develop and implement Machine Learning (ML) models to improve operational efficiency and customer service;
- Preprocess and clean large datasets to ensure data quality and suitability for AI model training;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business process improvements and implement AI-driven solutions;
- Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies and trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field;
- Experience with project/application life cycle methodologies;
- Basic understanding and experience with Robotic Process Automation;
- Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation of business and technical requirements, problem-solving, and system(s) testing;
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage concurrent tasks;
- Bilingualism required in French and English (spoken and written).
- Working knowledge of SAP, SAS, MSSQL, Outlook, POP email client, Java;
- Experience with RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism);
- Experience working on artificial intelligence projects.
