Job Title: Fleet Mechanic

UniFirst is seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic to join our team. As a Fleet Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet vehicles to ensure they are safe, efficient, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with fleet vehicles.
  • Ensure all vehicles meet company appearance requirements and are properly licensed and permitted.
  • Manage parts purchasing and inventory, and monitor for best pricing and quality.
  • Manage the warranty and recall/campaign program.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair.
  • Proven computer skills and ability to use diagnostic software.
  • Diploma and/or certificate from an accredited technical school and equivalent experience is preferred.
