Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
  • Collaborate with the Infrastructure Administrator on network administration for WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi, including updates, backups, and troubleshooting.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain servers, desktops, applications, and services to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in the implementation and support of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System and related third-party applications.
  • Analyze business requirements and collaborate with the team to deliver effective solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues for various locations across North America.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field is preferred, such as Computer Science or Information Systems.
  • Familiarity with Structured Query Language (SQL) is advantageous.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in computer setup and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities.
  • Comfortable engaging with colleagues in person and via phone.

Working Conditions:

  • Work will primarily occur in a climate-controlled office environment.
  • Occasional duties may require working in non-climate-controlled settings.
  • Flexibility in hours may be necessary for special projects or after-hours support.
  • Regular tasks will involve sitting, walking, and operating standard office equipment.
