Key Responsibilities- Office Management & Supervision
- Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of 3-4 Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable staff.
- Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Office Inventory Management
- Manage and maintain office inventory, ensuring that supplies are well-stocked and organized.
- Building Maintenance Coordination
- Liaison with the landlord and oversee building maintenance schedules and activities to ensure a well-functioning and safe office environment.
- Front Desk Operations
- Oversee and be responsible for the front desk operations to greet clients, staff, suppliers, and couriers.
- Handle phone calls, mail, and courier deliveries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process payments to sub-consultants and suppliers.
- Manage financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a similar role.
- Strong background in accounts payable and receivable preferred.
- Skills & Attributes
- Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment.
- Time Management: Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Independence: Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Leadership: Proven leadership and training skills, with experience in guiding and developing a team.

- $70,000-95,000 Per annum.
