  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for store staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products to meet sales targets.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating a high level of problem-solving skills.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate inventory levels, managing stockroom operations and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate store staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Perform Opening and Closing Activities: Conduct daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is secure and ready for business.
  • Pay and Receive Payments: Process customer transactions, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Language: Fluency in French.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
