The Role

We're seeking a skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team at the Brickyard Station Food Store. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing excellent service to guests, processing orders efficiently, balancing cash tills accurately, and contributing to our Corporate Values of Integrity, Community, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Balance cash tills accurately on a daily basis
  • Contribute to the team in living our Corporate Values
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • You're looking for a career in Retail Operations and have previous experience as a Cashier
  • Lotto and/or Food Safe certification is an asset
  • You have solid understanding of basic math skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a desire to provide a great shopping experience for every guest
  • Above-average communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven track record as a self-starter, dedicated, and reliable
  • You can work well in a fast-paced environment
  • You're committed to a SAFE work environment
  • You're able to perform physical job duties including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
  • You have weekend availability and open availability to work a variety of shifts that include early mornings, afternoons, and evenings
