Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive profitable sales through achievement of sales and profit goals, budget management, and sales forecasts.
  2. Create operational plans, prioritize tasks, and provide clear direction to managers and associates to ensure optimal store conditions.
  3. Execute and monitor asset protection and safety controls, maintain quality assurance standards, and oversee safety and operational reviews.
  4. Serve customers as an ambassador for the store, resolving customer needs, complaints, and issues within company guidelines.
  5. Support store initiatives to serve the community by participating in and supporting community events and developing relationships with key community groups.
  6. Lead associates by conducting regular store meetings, communicating operational direction, and driving engagement, recognition, and rewards.
  7. Demonstrate company values by holding associates accountable through timely, honest, specific, and respectful performance feedback and corrective action.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $53-$64 per hour, based on relevant experience.
